MORE TAX PAYER MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN

But hey, the big shots got substantial raises. Where is the outrage of the press? Another in a very long line of "What if Bush had done this?"

DOE giving money away seems to be the popular conduit for funneling money back to Obama voters.  When it runs out, Obama is fucked, but then so are we.   When you read the word "loan", in relation to Government loans to prop up failed business models, think of the words "Rat Hole", because that is where the money is going.  A loan is something that will be paid back, in theory,  with interest. It is secured in theory by the assets of the borrower. If these companies weren't wildly under capitalized when founded, they wouldn't need mega million dollar unsecured  loans.  Basically bankrupt before they got off the ground.  All the loans are doing is postponing the inevitable and allowing the financial genius named Obama to wax wistfully about all those jobs he "saved".    You can't throw enough cash at some of these green companies to make them float, and shouldn't.   Some people can't look at  a bad idea and see it for what it is.
