Please describe the process by which tax laws are changed and what role the President plays in that process. I assume you are focused on income tax, capital gains or estate taxes. As opposed to the daily use fees at Yellowstone or Big Bend, or the hosing down of consumers for fuel consumption.
Can you list the specific taxes Ronald Reagan raised 11 times, or was it 11 taxes raised one time?
Was Ronald Reagan ever a member of his democrat controlled House of Representatives? If not, then how did Reagan raise Taxes, because I don't think the constitution allows the president to do that shit. Did Reagan's Republican Senate ever have enough votes to clear the 60% rule?
How many tax increases do you think Reagan proposed?
Have you ever sat through a high school course in Government?

Reagan also agreed to raise taxes if spending cuts were made to offset them. The dems got the taxes they wanted, but refused to make any of the spending cuts they promised. The dems have never seen a tax hike they didn't like or a spending cut they didn't despise. They haven't approved a budget in well over 3 years even though the Republicans in the House have send numerous bills and budgets over there.
